This Arrow Tag Participation Waiver ("Waiver") is entered into between Evolution Archery and the undersigned representative of the organization ("Organization Representative"), who is at least 18 years of age and has the authority to act on behalf of the organization ("Organization"), for the purpose of allowing the Organization's participants to engage in arrow tag activities provided by Evolution Archery. By signing this Waiver, the Organization Representative agrees to the following terms and conditions on behalf of the Organization and its participants [1][2]: Assumption of Risk: The Organization acknowledges that participation in arrow tag activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injuries, accidents, and property damage. The Organization voluntarily assumes all risks associated with its participants' participation in the arrow tag activities and agrees to hold Evolution Archery harmless from any and all liability arising from such participation. Release of Liability: The Organization, on behalf of itself and its participants, hereby waives, releases, and discharges Evolution Archery and its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by the Organization's participants or any property belonging to them, while participating in the arrow tag activities. Indemnification: The Organization agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Evolution Archery and its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney's fees, brought as a result of the Organization's participants' participation in the arrow tag activities and to reimburse Evolution Archery for any such costs incurred. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Waiver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia [3]. By signing below, the Organization Representative acknowledges that they have read and understood the contents of this Waiver, and voluntarily agrees to be bound by its terms on behalf of the Organization and its participants.
