Cancellation Policy
Evolution Arrow Tag Party Policy Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. If Evolution Arrow Tag cancels, a full refund or alternative date will be offered. Travel Fee: Events between the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane city are priced at $545. For locations south of Brisbane city, up to Beenleigh, the price is $595 due to additional travel. For locations further south, contact us for a custom quote. Changes in event location post-booking that exceed the travel range will result in an adjusted fee. Equipment Requests: The standard package includes 20 sets of equipment. Extra sets are available for $15 each. Contact us at least 72 hours before the event to confirm extra equipment needs. Waiver Requirement: All participants must sign a waiver. For those under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign. Waivers are sent electronically upon booking and must be submitted before the event. Private Bookings Only: Arrow Tag parties are for private bookings only. For camps or commercial use, contact us for a custom quote. Booking Notice: Events must be booked at least two weeks in advance. If you're booking within two weeks, contact us directly to check availability. Weather Policy: Rain: Evolution Arrow Tag will proceed in the rain. Rain is not a valid reason for cancellation. Consider booking an indoor or covered venue as a backup. Adverse Weather: In cases of severe weather (e.g., thunderstorms or high winds), we may reschedule the event for safety. If rescheduling isn’t possible, a refund will be provided. Health and Safety: Participants must wear athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes. Evolution Arrow Tag reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Payment Terms: A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed methods. Liability: Evolution Arrow Tag is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property during the event. By booking, you agree to indemnify and hold Evolution Arrow Tag and its employees harmless from claims arising from participation.
