Cancellation Policy

Evolution Archery Tag Party Policy Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled booking for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. If Evolution Archery needs to cancel, a full refund or alternative date will be offered. Travel Fee: Events more than 15 km from Maroochydore city centre incur a $50 travel fee. If the location changes post-booking and exceeds the 15 km range, the travel fee will be adjusted. Equipment Requests: The standard package includes 20 sets of equipment. Additional sets are available for $15 each. For extra equipment, please call or email to confirm the quantity needed at least 72 hours before the event. Waiver Requirement: All attendees must sign a waiver before participating. Parents or legal guardians must sign waivers for participants under 18. Waivers will be provided electronically upon booking confirmation and must be submitted before the event. Private Bookings Only: This service is for private bookings only, not for commercial use, camps, or similar purposes. For camps, commercial use, or commercial entities, please contact us for a custom quote. Weather Policy: Evolution Archery Tag activities are weather-dependent. In adverse weather, we will reschedule or refund if rescheduling is not possible. An indoor or covered alternative location is recommended as a backup. Health and Safety: Participants should wear appropriate athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes. Those with health concerns should consult a physician before participating. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Payment Terms: A $100 deposit is required at booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed methods. Liability: Evolution Archery is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the event.
